All too often, we get bogged down in the daily details that we lose sight of why we started our business in the first place: financial freedom, time freedom, meaningful impact. I bring a mix of big consulting and entrepreneurial experience. During my time at Accenture’s Emerging Technology & Innovation practice, I drove technology implementation for the Fortune 100 and high-growth tech start-ups alike.

I caught the entrepreneurship bug and left Accenture to build the largest US distributor of nitro cold brew coffee in offices. Our coffee is probably in your co-working space.

Why not just hire an admin?
Typically, admins work better as “tell me what to do” employees. Whereas our operations experts not only complete operational work—we document it and improve it as we go. Combine this with our Operations Audit, and we make the recommendations to you. Not the other way around.

Great! What is the interview process like?
When you sign up for the Operations Audit, we get to work matching you to the perfect operations expert on our team. You get a chance to interview your operations expert before saying “yes,” so you’re confident in who you’re bringing into your firm.
What if I don’t like my operations expert?
While we do our best to match the perfect operations expert to you, mismatches do happen. We’ll find you a match if it isn’t working out. Let’s talk about it.
What if we typically work in-person?
You’re welcome to keep doing what you’re doing. We’re happy to do everything else. Teams mostly in-person are happy to delegate anything touching software to us—but that may not be everything for you. Or, you can think of us as your digital transformation partner. We’re happy to help digitize your accounting practice.
Does all of this work belong to us if you leave?
Yes. You own all of the documentation, processes, and workflows we create. These are your playbooks detailing your methodology. Our goal is to leave your business more organized than we found it, and that continues even after we’re gone.
What’s your response time for new requests?
By default, anyone in the firm can request us to complete a task for you. While we’ll respond to your request within 24 hours, we may resolve your request on a different timeframe. To manage the operation of the entire firm, we are evaluating and aligning strategic goals, process improvements, and execution—simultaneously. We’re happy to strategically reprioritize based on the evolving needs of your firm. All of our work is managed in our execution platform (currently Notion)—so you always stay visible on exactly what we’re working on, and what’s next.
What if I don’t know what to delegate?
Our Operations Audit gives you a roadmap. We prioritize this together based on what gives you the maximum amount of leverage in your business. We’ll recommend options to you on what you can offload.
Can you help me implement Karbon/ClickUp/Financial Cents/[insert platform here]?
Yes. We’re happy to support implementation and integration of new platforms to manage work. Depending on the level of effort, we scope this as a separate one-time project fee. We may bring in additional team members or consultants to help.
